Mystery Shaper is an AI-powered platform for creating murder mystery party games. We offer:

• Pre-made murder mystery games (catalog games) for purchase
• Custom AI-generated murder mystery games based on your preferences

All products are delivered as digital downloads (PDF documents and audio files).

3. Account

A user account is required for purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not share your account with third parties.

4. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed through our payment provider Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and collecting applicable taxes. Paddle's terms of service apply to all transactions in addition to these terms.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, game materials are made available as digital downloads in your user account. Pre-made games are available instantly. Custom-generated games are created within minutes. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please contact us.

6. License to Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased game materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Downloading and printing materials for private events
• Playing audio files during private game sessions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials
• Use the materials commercially without our written consent
• Create derivative works for redistribution
• Perform publicly without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

Our games are partially created using artificial intelligence. Each game is unique and tailored to your preferences. While we strive for the highest quality:

• We cannot guarantee that all generated content is free of errors
• Minor inconsistencies may occur
• Specific story outcomes or character types cannot be guaranteed

For severe quality issues that render a game unusable, we offer a replacement generation or refund.

• Depiction of real criminal cases
