Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All Mystery Shaper products are digital goods (PDF documents and audio files) made available for download immediately after purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the following exception applies:

By downloading or accessing the game materials, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

3. When We Grant Refunds

Despite the above, we grant refunds in the following cases:

• Technical delivery failure — If you cannot download your files after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue
• Severe quality issues — If a game is unplayable due to critical errors and a replacement generation is not possible or satisfactory
• Duplicate charges — If you were accidentally charged more than once

4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to office@mysteryshaper.com. Please include:

• Your email address (for account identification)
• The affected product
• The reason for the refund

5. Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
